scanhistoryLookup scan history for jarscanner.
hash – The hash of the file to lookup
userid – User ID of who you want to look up. Accepts Discord user ID's, but also IP and API key holder names
filename – The name of the file to lookup, not sensitive to capitalization and allows partial lookups
