• 기능: 실시간 캐릭터 에픽/태초 드랍 감지 및 알림 전송
• 권한: 서버 관리자 또는 /권한 명령어로 권한 부여 필요

• ENG: Real-time Epic/Ancient item drop tracking. Requires admin or granted permission.
