How does RIA and Astra benefit me?

When you are hiring someone, or working with someone, there is a good chance they are doing it for malicious intents like taking your money and leaving. This is a scam, and that is what RIA is designed to help prevent.

• We offer a variety of ways to prevent scams. We log scams in different factors, our Scam Logs being actual scams where money/time has been wasted. Our DWC Logs being scams that we're likely to occur if the reporter went through with it. Claiming other peoples work as their own in their portfolio would be a prime example. On top of that we also have Server Logs where we log scam servers so you guys don't fall for their scams.

• As of recently we have introduced Alt Logging. We log any known alts of that user in an alt embed. If that user has an alt, when scanning you will see a "Check Alts" button. It also works similar with Roblox Logging. If a roblox ID has been logged under more than 1 user it will tell you all the user's that have this roblox ID listed.

How can we trust your logs?

• Everytime we log a user we submit evidence in a thread that is attached to the log message itself, if you are ever in doubt you can look at the evidence yourself. We only accept video evidence (with the exception of screenshotting marketplace posts as evidence of the original agreement, portfolio, etc). Additionally, if the accused is in the server at the time of the report they will be added to the report ticket and given 24h to defend themself. If they get logged they are always entitled to appeal their log in our appeals server.

Why do you require permissions like banning?

• You can actually feel free to disable that command if you have no use for it. We have that command set as default incase people use our Scammer Guard command. Our instructions are not super obvious, and having the right permissions set by default assists new users with navigating our bot. The same goes for the mention everyone, here and all roles; using our Ping Roles command requires that specific permission.
