Groupflows

Groupflows lets you create events and group activities by providing tools which help with different steps in the event process. You can rearrange these features and skip steps as much as you want — you don’t have to use all these tools in this order when you make activities. Here are some of Groupflows’ main features (with more coming soon):

Schedule Activities with Flexible Time Finding Features and/or Normal Polls

In addition to a normal poll where you can write time options and have people vote on them, Groupflows offers 2 unique time finding features: Open-Ended Scheduling and Restricted Scheduling. Open-Ended Scheduling lets people converge on a time range for an activity together with a dynamic time list. Restricted Scheduling is similar to Open-Ended Scheduling, but people can only add times inside time ranges you provide on the time list. Both these time finding features as well as normal time polls are free.

Customize RSVPs with Specialized Icons and Names, Max Attendee Limits, and Waitlists

You can set up to 22 custom RSVP options with their own names and icons (or no icons) per event. Each option can have its own maximum attendee limit and waitlist. These options appear as buttons when you post activities on Discord as well as on a private webpage Groupflows automatically makes for each event that you can share with people outside Discord so they can RSVP too. The Discord post and event page can display whatever image and details you want about your activity. All these features are free.

Send Event Reminders, Announcements, and Notifications

Groupflows lets you send customizable messages about your events to recipients inside and outside Discord in a variety of ways. You can always @notify different groups of attendees on Discord to bulk-deliver activity notifications. Attendees can also opt-in to receive your event messages via Discord DMs, email, and/or texts on their phone. On the free tier for Groupflows you can manually send unlimited announcements and 1 pre-scheduled reminder per event, and with Premium you can send up to 5 reminders per event.
