A utility command to add/remove/list/test pfp matching.
add – command group to add profile pictures
test – Tests the pfp filters on an image.
review – Review potential pfp filter violations to improve your current filters
cleanse – Checks current server users against filters.
list – Lists all the pfp filters that are currently enabled.
reset-all – Resets all filters
remove – Remove a profile picture filter
