/join: To join the event.
/join f1, dr who, games: To join the event and simultaneously register your likes.
/likes computers, cars, bikes: To add additional likes.
/reset: To reset your likes.
/leave: To leave the event.
For Admins:
/set_budget 30: Sets $30 as your maximum spending allowance.
/assign: Assigns participants a secret santa, DMs them what the person likes and informs about the max spending budget.
