I paid for a Discord bot and it didn't work. I told my friends I could build a better one. They didn't believe me.

I built it. It was meant for one server.

A few months later, Discord messaged me saying it was approaching 100 servers and needed to be verified. I didn't advertise it. I didn't post it anywhere. People just found it, used it, and kept it. That was three years ago.

Moody is built by me and my brother, Mahmood Aly & Mohamed Aly. No team, no investors, no office. Just two people who kept building because people kept showing up. It now runs in over thousands of servers with millions of members. We funded every bit of it out of pocket. الحمدلله

Discord.ink is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Discord Inc.

discord.ink is a pre-launch username reservation platform built on top of Moody. Your handle, your identity, across the Moody ecosystem and beyond. Claim it before anyone else gets access.

Handles are tiered by length:

• Ultra — 1 to 3 characters (e.g. dc.ink/@dc)
• Premium — 4 to 5 characters or a common English word (e.g. dc.ink/@mahm)
• Free — 6+ characters, open to everyone

Discord.ink hasn't launched publicly yet. Premium and Ultra subscribers reserve their handles first.

Premium isn't about paywalling the bot. Everything Moody does well is still free. Premium is personal. Every perk follows you across every server Moody is in. One price. No per-server fees.

• Server-wide self-purge: delete your messages by amount, oldest, newest, or all at once

Early Supporter Badge

Subscribe once before Discord.ink launches and permanently earn the Early Supporter badge. It shows on your Discord.ink profile, your Moody embed responses, and carries into future Moody ecosystem products. Once Discord.ink goes public, this badge is gone.
