ALL-E is a Discord bot for Star Citizen organizations, with RSI verification, organization roles and an alliance system for planning operations together.

Bring your orgs together

ALL-E's alliance system lets organizations plan together while keeping their own Discord servers. Invite allied communities to an operation, share the briefing and supplies needed, and work out which ships and people each org is bringing.

Build out the fleet, assign crew positions and see who has accepted. Save your usual ship setups for future operations, or import a FleetYards export to start with the ships your community already owns.

Members can follow the plans, RSVP and confirm their crew assignments. Operations can link to Discord events, and members can add the calendar to Google, Apple or Outlook. Organizers can also schedule reminders for members who want them.

RSI verification, organization roles and the entire alliance system will always be free.

RSI verification and organization roles

Members use /myhandle to verify their RSI accounts. Organization AutoRole then assigns the Discord roles you've chosen based on their RSI organization membership, roles and ranks.

You decide how those match up with your server. Give main members and affiliates different roles, or use RSI ranks to reflect your org's structure in Discord. The rules are yours to set for your community.

Members can link more than one RSI account, and ALL-E checks their verified accounts when working out which roles they qualify for. Verification and role rules are managed alongside the alliance tools, so your org can use both from the same dashboard.

Setup

Invite ALL-E and sign in at myallebot.com to manage your server. You'll find Organization AutoRole under Setup, and operation planning under Alliances. Saved ship plans are under Fleet & crew.

ALL-E also has welcome messages, reaction roles and tickets. Some general Discord features have paid options.
