This Discord app makes it possible for your mods to send you messages on Twitchat. It also makes it dead easy to keep track of toxic messages/users by simply right clicking a message on Twitchat to export all its details to Discord.
You'll also be able to send messages from Twitchat to Discord or execute triggers from custom Discord /commands.
