Start without guessing

Run /get-started after you add Rhino. Members get a simple guide, while server owners and staff see the setup tools they can actually use. You can handle setup in Discord or use the web dashboard.

Keep support organized

• Build ticket panels that fit your server.
• Triage, tag, claim, reassign, and close tickets from a private staff queue.
• Review ticket history and generate transcripts when tickets are closed.

Give staff useful tools

• Warnings, timeouts, kicks, bans, message cleanup, channel locks, and moderation logs.
• Welcome and goodbye messages, autoroles, and button role panels.
• A configurable honeypot channel for catching unauthorized posts, with exemptions for staff, bots, webhooks, and trusted roles.

Give members reasons to come back

Run giveaways, collect rated vouches, browse reputation history, set reminders, and track invites without filling the server with separate bots.
