This is an integration bot for Crisp.chat, with this bot, you can engage and handle your customer directly from your Discord server. Make sure you've installed Discord Tickets Crisp Plugin on your Crisp workspace before adding this bot to your Discord server.
No branding, whitelabeling, just pure functionality! Also this bot works statelessly, which means all your data is handled on the Discord server, no database on our side, and no control over your data from our side too!
How to Use It?
- Simply run
/setup <crispWebsiteId> <supportTeamRoleId1> ...in your desired Help & Support channel (make sure it's a Text Channel) to setup the bot. - Use
/helpfor more information and other commands for this bot.
