Threadmail

This bot turns private messages into organized server threads. A user sends a DM. The bot creates a private thread in your server. Staff reply from the thread, and the conversation flows back to the user automatically.

There are no panels, dashboards, or confusing steps. Users never need to join the server. Staff never need to chase messages. Everything happens naturally between DMs and threads.

It feels less like “support software” and more like passing notes through a very responsible robot who never forgets, never mixes conversations, and closes the thread when the job is done.
