Shiftwatch is a Discord bot for digital time tracking directly on your server.

⚙️ Easy Setup

The setup wizard /setup wizard guides you through every configuration step: channels, roles, language, reminders, and auto-clockout in a single dialog.

⏱️ Time Tracking

Members clock in and out with a single button click, no commands needed. The bot automatically logs all working hours and assigns "On Duty" and "Absent" roles.

📊 Statistics & Leaderboard

A live leaderboard shows who has logged the most hours, switchable between week, month, and all time. With teams you can filter it by department. Detailed statistics are available via /stats.

🔔 Automatic Reminders

The bot reminds members to clock out. An auto-clockout closes open shifts after a set duration, with a warning and a grace period beforehand.

🌐 Web Dashboard

The integrated web dashboard lets you view, manage, and correct time entries conveniently in your browser, without opening Discord.

📋 Absences

Vacation, sick leave, and other absences are submitted through a dedicated board. An overview tile lists current and upcoming absences and updates itself. Templates cover recurring cases.

🔌 REST API

A documented API lets you clock in and out from your own applications, secured with per-server API keys.
