Your guild's site, in the server where your guild already lives

Guild Order is a home base for gaming communities: your own site, with events, a roster, forums, tournaments, achievements and per-game tools. This app puts the parts your members use most into Discord, so nobody has to leave the server to sign up for raid night or check who is coming.

WHAT YOUR MEMBERS CAN DO

Events and attendance /events lists what is coming up. /signup RSVPs, and for events that build a roster it takes the role and the character they are bringing. /checkin marks them present with the code an officer shares. /attendance shows their own show-up rate. Event posts carry RSVP buttons, so most signups never need a command at all.

Roster and profiles /roster lists the guild. /profile shows a member's guild profile, rank and history. /apply hands a prospective member the application link.

Loot, DKP and readiness /dkp shows standings, and lets officers award points. /loot lists open auctions. /gear reports or updates gear scores. /lfg shows open group-finder listings. /loa files a leave of absence, or reviews the queue if you are an officer.

Progression /xp for level and standing, /achievements for the leaderboard, /quest to see and complete guild quests (with screenshot evidence where a quest asks for it), /hunt for Steam achievement hunts, /standings and /ladder for ranked play.

Game-specific tools /ark for taming, breeding, imprint and boss data. /tl for Throne and Liberty roster readiness and war windows. /coc for Clash of Clans war and Capital Raid status. /ffxiv for Lodestone lookups and your statics. /eve for the Ship Replacement ledger. /albion for player vetting and market prices.

/help lists everything the member running it is actually allowed to use.

WHAT IT DOES WITHOUT BEING ASKED

Announcements post themselves. New events, forum threads, tournaments, members joining and leaving, and game-side alerts land in the channels you choose, and you choose which categories are officer-only.

Event posts stay honest. When an event's time or title changes, the post is edited to match. When an event is cancelled, the post is withdrawn instead of being left behind with dead buttons.

A daily agenda posts at a time and timezone you set, covering everything up to the next agenda, with an optional role mention. An activity board keeps one message edited in place with what is happening now and what is next.

Roles and nicknames sync from your guild's ranks, so a promotion on the site is a promotion in the server.

BRINGING AN EXISTING SERVER ACROSS

If your guild already lives in Discord, the import wizard reads your server's channels and roles and sets up a matching Guild Order guild, so you start with your structure instead of a blank page.
