VaultBot

VaultBot is a modular Discord community management bot built to bring reputation, safety, moderation, automation and server tools together in one configurable system.

It was originally created as a vouch and reputation bot for a trading community, then expanded into a wider server management platform.

Vouching and reputation

VaultBot gives communities a structured reputation system instead of relying on plain chat messages.

Members can give vouches, view profiles, check leaderboards and build reputation over time. Server owners can configure trader ranks, milestones and how the reputation system works for their own community.

Scam reports

VaultBot includes a dedicated scam report system for trading and marketplace communities.

When a report is submitted, VaultBot can automatically apply a server-chosen warning role to the reported member while staff investigate. This gives other members a visible precaution without treating the person as confirmed until staff review the evidence.

Staff can then update reports through clear statuses such as pending review, under investigation, action taken, dismissed or closed.

Moderation and AutoMod

VaultBot supports structured moderation cases, warnings, notes, timeouts, kicks, bans, temporary bans, unbans, purge actions and case history.

AutoMod can handle configured blocked terms, links, GIFs and formal warning rules. Server owners can also set warning points and automatic punishment thresholds, such as timeouts, kicks, temporary bans or permanent bans.

The server defines the rules. VaultBot follows the configured logic.

Levels, queues and automation

VaultBot can manage configurable XP, level milestones, automatic roles, role boosts and leaderboards.

Queues can be used for events, trading, services, giveaways, support or community activities.

Scheduled messages allow servers to automate regular announcements and reminders.

Server management

Each Discord server has its own VaultBot configuration, module choices, role permissions and logging channels.
