About PokerHeist
Three to ten players. One shared board. Nobody says what they're holding.
Heist is a co-operative poker game built for a voice call. You each get two private cards and share the community board. Across four rounds you silently claim a numbered chip — 1 is weakest — to declare how strong you think your hand is.
At the river you reveal in chip order, and every hand must be at least as strong as the one before it. Get it right and a vault turns gold. Get it wrong and an alarm goes red.
Three vaults wins. Three alarms loses.
You can talk all you like about the chips. You must never say what you hold. That is what makes it a game for a voice call rather than a chat window.
How it plays
- Your earlier chips stay on the table. Watching someone climb from 1 to 4 as the board comes out tells you more than they meant to say.
- Rounds end on their own once everyone has settled — there is no confirm button to press.
- Disagreements are visible. Two people on the same chip pulses red and blocks the round until one of you moves.
- Short on players? Add AI crew members. They see only their own two cards and the shared board, argue over chips, and make real mistakes.
- At the showdown, hands turn over one at a time in chip order, so the table watches the ordering hold — or break.
- Big tables are a different game. At ten seats the ordering is genuinely hard, and one careless chip takes everybody down.
