Clubs Manager

Your club’s operating desk, inside Discord

Install Clubs Manager and run /setup once. A private Club Desk guides staff through the essentials and stays updated as the club gets ready.

Recruit and decide

Publish recruitment in a selected channel, review applications, and send player-facing decisions by Discord DM when the applicant has a verified Discord account. Every decision also creates a privacy-safe staff record.

Run club nights natively

Owners, Admins, and Captains can create sessions, Discord Events, RSVP panels, and optional voice-channel verification using native Discord controls.

Keep staff operations clear

Invite Admins or Captains, monitor Club Health, and reopen the Club Desk at any time with /help. Clubs Manager does not read ordinary conversation and never requests Administrator access. Player-role automation is optional.

Give the club a connected home

Use the web dashboard for deeper squad and club settings, then publish a mobile-ready website connected to the same recruitment, squad, and session records.

After installation, run /setup in your server. Free during beta.

Clubs Manager is independent and is not affiliated with Electronic Arts.
