Kelu runs support tickets the way a real support team works, and brings moderation, levels, welcomes, music and automations along with it. Everything is configured from a web panel at kelu.xyz, not from twenty commands.

Tickets

• Buttons or a dropdown, categories and per-department teams.
• Forms that ask what is needed before the channel is even opened.
• A web inbox with filters, assignment and replies, without opening Discord.
• HTML transcripts of the real channel, attached when the ticket closes.

• Public API — scoped keys so your own tools can read and write.

Free to start No card and no trial clock. Kelu only asks for your profile and your server list — nothing else. Premium adds more ticket types and custom commands, more automation rules and runs, web forms, ticket analytics, welcome and rank cards rendered as images, 90-day transcripts, outgoing webhooks and public API access.
