CraftDex is a Minecraft-inspired collection game built for Discord. Guess Minecraft items, blocks, and mobs from images, collect what you discover, and build your own collection. CraftDex — A Minecraft drop lands in your channel. Whoever names it first keeps it.

CraftDex is a Minecraft guessing game that lives entirely inside Discord. No menus to open, no setup per round, no wiki tab to keep on a second monitor. The bot drops a Minecraft item, block, mob, or card straight into a channel your staff picked, and the channel races to name it. First correct guess takes the collectible and the Emeralds that came with it. That single moment is the whole product, and everything else in CraftDex is built on top of who was fastest.

How a round works

Spawn. CraftDex drops a Minecraft item, block, mob, or card into your chosen channel. Guess. Everyone types. The first correct name wins it, usually inside a few seconds. Claim. The winner keeps the collectible and the Emeralds attached to it. Build. What you keep feeds crafting, trading, crates, your profile, and the rankings.

Then it repeats. Rounds run in one channel you choose, so CraftDex never spills into the rest of your server. It's designed to sit in the background of a community that already has conversations happening.

What you're building toward

Every drop has a rarity and a value, and your collection percentage is the number people actually compare. Emeralds are the currency behind daily claims, trades, and crates, with inventory value scored separately from your Emerald balance. Duplicates aren't dead weight either — spend them on crafting recipes instead of letting them rot in your inventory. Cards and Emeralds move directly between players through trading, no middleman command required.

The commands you'll actually use

/setup — pick the channel where rounds spawn. /inventory — your items, cards, and total value. /card view — open a collectible and read its stats. /craft — turn duplicates into something else. /trade — send cards or Emeralds to another player. /leaderboard — value, collection, guesses, and Emeralds.

Everything else is discoverable from the slash menu.

Getting started

Invite CraftDex, run /setup, and point it at one channel. It handles the drops from there — no config file, no dashboard, no per-round babysitting.
