Forever Sherpa is a friendly guide to World of Warcraft: Forever for your Discord server. Whether your group has been playing since 2004 or someone’s logging in for the very first time, Forever Sherpa keeps everyone ready, from launch day all the way to raids.

📅 A daily post, built for everyone Once or twice a day, Forever Sherpa posts the day’s topic, written two ways: 🌱 for new players and 🧙 for veterans. Each post adds a practical pro tip, a “did you know,” the latest headlines from gaming news sites, top Twitch clips, and a class roll call your server can tap to join. Before launch it counts down to release day. After launch it moves to a topic a day (leveling, professions, gold, PvP, camping and more) and counts down to the first raids.

🛠️ Make it fit your server Works for every faction. Advice stays neutral unless your server picks one. /preview shows the next post before it goes out. /clips turns the Twitch clips off, /skipnews drops the news for a day, and /hold skips a day entirely. /frequency picks one or two posts a day. /whatsnew shows recent updates.

🔕 Quiet and respectful No @pings, ever. Personal replies are private, so channels stay clean. It stores almost nothing: see it all with /mydata and delete it with /forgetme.

Getting started: add the bot, then run /setup to pick a channel, a post time and your time zone. Typing “central” and “7pm” works fine. You’ll get a short first post right away, and the full daily post starts at your time. /help opens the full command spellbook.
