RPG Sage

The RPG Sage is a Discord bot designed to evoke the feel of a JRPG by using dialog boxes that include character profile pictures to help keep the game focused on the characters you are portraying. Designed to be compatible with any TTRPG, the core features include management commands (for organizing game "tables" composed of multiple Discord channels and roles, GMs, players, and characters) as well as a die roller.

As fans of Pathfinder Second Edition, some advanced features for playing PF2e are available now (such as custom dice commands and rules search) with many more planned. Additional features will provide more support for other TTRPGs in the future, so come by, join the Play-by-Post revolution, and help decide which features get implemented next.

Dice Features: multiple output formats, multiple dice groups per roll, secret dice functionality (send results to GM only), dice macros, custom dice syntax for: DnD 5e, Essence 20, PF2e, and Quest

Dialog Features: tokens and avatars, embeds vs posts, dynamic names/colors/avatars per post

Character Features: a default GM character, PC companions/alts, NPC minions, Pathbuilder2e importer, Essence20 pdf importer

Search Features: Archives of Nethys results for PF1e, PF2e, and Starfinder (SF).

Map Features: map layer, terrain layer, aura layer, token layer, players can move their tokens, importer so you setup maps before loading them
