Last Kingdom; Mayıs 2020 tarihinde açılmış, tamamıyla Türkçe, ayarlanabilen, Dünya'nın en gelişmiş talep sistemine sahip onaylı Discord botudur.
** Talep Sistemi**
Talep sistemini istediğiniz gibi ayarlayabilirsiniz. Talep sistemi üzerinde hem kullanıcıların hemde yetkililerin işine yaracak onlarca özellik mevcuttur.
Kategorili Sistem
Sisteme 5 adet kategori ekleyip, kullanıcılarınıza kategorilere göre destek verebilirsiniz. İsterseniz bu kategorilere bakacak yetkili rollerini de ayarlayabilirsiniz.
Kategoriye özel yetkili rolü ayarlarsanız, kullanıcılarınız o kategoriyi seçtiğinde sadece özel ayarlanan yetkili rolü etiketlenir. İsterseniz tüm kategorilere genel bir rol de atayabilirsiniz.
Kategorisiz Sistem
Klasik bir talep sistemi olup, isterseniz form üzerinden kullanıcılarınızın sorununu detaylı bir şekilde öğrenebilirsiniz.
Yetkililere Özel Menüler
Talep menüsü üzerinden sesli destek oluşturabilir, talebe üye ekleyip çıkarabilir ve talep kanalına yavaş mod ekleyebilirsiniz. Bu ayarları sadece butonlar üzerinden hızlıca ayarlayabilirsiniz.
** Talep Kuralları**
Talep kurallarınızı buton üzerinden kullanıcılarınıza okutabilirsiniz. Mesaj başlığını, içeriğini, butonun mesajını, rengini dilediğiniz gibi değiştirebilirsiniz.
** Yetkililere DM Üzerinden Mesaj**
İsterseniz yetkililerinize talep açıldığı hakkında DM üzerinden mesaj gönderebilirsiniz. Talep açıldığı anda tüm yetkililere o talep hakkında mesaj gönderilir.
Talep Karalistesi
Talep kurallarınıza uymayan kullanıcılarınızı talep karalistesine atabilirsiniz. Bu sayede o kullanıcılar talep oluşturamayacaklardır.
** Talep Sayısı Sistemi**
Yetkililerinizin kaç talep ile ilgilendiğine bakabilirsiniz. İsterseniz bu sayıyı arttırıp, azaltabilirsiniz.
** Talep Saatleri Sistemi (Premium!)**
Sunucunuza talep saatleri ayarlayabilirsiniz. Sadece ayarladığınız saatler içinde talep oluşturulur, o saatler dışında kullanıcılar talep oluşturamazlar!
** Webpanel**
Webpanel üzerinden talep sistemini ve mesajlarını ayarlayabilir, düzenleyebilirsiniz.
