About Ballsdex

Choose a spawn channel, talk with your friends, and wild countryballs will start spawning. Guess their name to catch them, and grow your collection! Exchange countryballs with other players, and complete your Ballsdex!

Catching countryballs

New countryballs spawn based on your server activity. The more players there are, the more balls will spawn.

Unique and rare countryballs may also appear: this can range from themed countryballs, limited in time, or even super rare shinies!

You can use /balls info to see the card and artwork associated to your countryball. It will be used in the future for a battle game!

Trading

To help with completion, or obtain more rare countryballs, you can trade with your friends. Use the /trade begin command and add the countryballs to your proposal. Review the other player's proposal and accept to complete the trade!

You can also use /balls give to donate your countryballs if you're feeling generous.

Battling (WIP)

We're still working on a complete trading card game that will be playable right on Discord!

As this takes time to design and implement, a temporary simplified battle mode was released which you can try with /battle.

Open source

Ballsdex's code is open source. You can copy it to run your own personalized instance, and even contribute with pull requests to help adding more features!
