BanSync

BanSync offers many features to improve your Discord experience. It is a bot that is designed with features to help keep out possible troublemakers from your server. Features such as the Global Ban Database and Server Groups (Coming Soon)

Global Ban Database

BanSync offers a feature called the Global Ban Database. This database tracks the reasons a user has been banned from Discord servers. When submitting a ban reason to the global database, the ban reason is subject to review by a limited amount of team members.

Dispute

If you feel you were wrongly banned from a server, first try to work it out with the Server Owner/Admins. If you can't resolve it with them, check the following criteria:

• Does the ban reason break the BanSync Terms of Service?
• You feel this ban reason is unjust to what actually happened

If you answered yes to both of the above, please contact us via our Discord support server so we can discuss this. Keep in mind this does not unban you from any server, just hides the ban record.

Server Groups

This is a system we have created to link together multiple servers you moderate, so if someone gets banned from one server, and tries to join another server within the group, your server's configured log channel will be notified about them joining. If you would like to have them be kicked or banned upon joining, you can change the setting either from the individual Server's dashboard or set the default for all servers in the group from the Group dashboard.
