**What is VOISCORD? **
VOISCORD is a voice reading BOT that reads out chats by VOICEROID characters.
The name comes from the combination of VOICEROID and DISCORD.
**What can it do? **
- Text reading
- Read aloud for members entering and leaving a room
- Multiple text channel readout
- BOT auto-exit when a member leaves a room
- Automatic room entry
- BOT text-to-speech
- Dictionary registration
- Master volume control
