ERM

ERM is a Discord bot that mainly focuses on professional communities that require ease in Staff and Community Management. ERM supports many platforms such as individual Discord servers, communities revolving around games such as Roblox and FiveM, as well as indie game studios to communicate with their Community Staff and unify the goals of global communities.

We have various Staff Management features used by various servers and genres of servers to allow for ease of use from a management standpoint, as well as from a Community Moderator. If a Moderator wants to submit a Notice of Inactivity or notify Management that they are going to be less active than usual in a formal and cohesive manner, ERM unifies the needs of both management and staff across Discord communities.

Not only that, but ERM operates a shift management module so that it's easier to know when a particular staff member has been actively moderating or portraying their role, to assist in the administration of Staff within these communities. ERM ensures that Staff activity, community engagement, and respective qualities are rewarded and prized via an Activity Leaderboard system, aimed to make Staff members incentivized to be as active as they can within their communities.

ERM uses commands in a universal and understandable way: slash commands. Making it easier than ever for staff to do their job was what manual shift and punishment logging aimed to do, and now with ERM, it makes it even easier for both Staff and Management. ERM simplifies most of the everyday work of all Staff members, making it faster, and easier to efficiently operate as a Staff member within any community.

It uses Discord Interactions, Application Commands, and Context Menus to make it as easy as possible to assist in the Staff, Moderation, Administration, and Community Management areas. ERM does everything in its power to improve the whole of any community on a mass scale.

We have elaborate features such as our Interval Message feature, also known as "Repeating Reminders" to assist in the scheduling of repetitive staff behavior, i.e. "checking Voice Channels every hour". ERM can send messages at any interval, from 5 minutes to 30 days, to successfully ensure that all aspects of Staff roles are acknowledged, followed and exceeded. Our features can be used for a variety of different reasons and all in their respective ways. It is in the power of Community Management to use ERM to its full potential.

Our features expand the array of possibilities in Team Management, allowing for extensive amounts of customization, automatic management and performance administration. ERM alleviates the role of Team Leaders by allowing an easy, fast and beginner friendly way to successfully operate a Community Staff team, and for Discord servers to reach their highest potential.
