Features:

• Get notification messages about upcoming matches and results for VCT, Challengers, and Game Changers
• Participate in global Pick'Ems for VCT matches
• Optionally create voice channels and server events for watch parties

Setup:

1. /vlr config notif_channel #vct to tell Valorie where to send notifications
2. /vlr config notif_time 120 to get match notifications 2 hours before
3. /vlr event vct subscribe Americas to subscribe to notifications for VCT Americas
4. ...
5. Profit!
