Analysis
The 4,083 bots tracked by Upbot Directory ended June 2025 with 241,368,888 servers between them, up 2,907,015 from the start of the period, a rise of 1.22 percent. Growth was far more common than decline: 2,915 bots added servers over the month while 725 lost them.
Carl-bot posted the largest gain in absolute terms, adding 300,000 servers to reach 12.3 million, a 2.5 percent increase. Jockie Music added 190,000 servers to reach 6.55 million, the fastest rise among the ten largest bots at 2.99 percent, and Ticket Tool added 110,000 to reach 4.48 million, up 2.52 percent. Dyno, Midjourney Bot and ProBot each gained 100,000. At the top of the table, MEE6 was the only bot among the ten largest to lose ground, dropping 100,000 servers to 21.2 million, a decline of 0.47 percent. Rythm held flat at 14.9 million.
Among smaller bots, Vulcan stood out with a gain of 85,900 servers to 174,000, up 97.5 percent. Grow a Garden | Stocks & Weather grew 1,920.67 percent, ending the month at 17,600 servers after adding 16,729. Blackjack added 6,040 servers to reach 8,360 (up 260.34 percent) and Lofi added 14,700 to reach 28,600 (up 105.76 percent). The steepest decline belonged to Tylix, which fell 76.33 percent to 3,740 servers, while 마냥 lost 32,800 servers and ended at 37,500.
By category, Utilities grew fastest at 2.14 percent, reaching 22,720,059 servers across 951 bots. Moderation and Tools added 1,883,730 servers, the largest gain in absolute terms, ending at 149,268,556 servers (up 1.28 percent). Social added 1,774,017 servers to reach 166,805,788 (up 1.07 percent). Entertainment had the slowest growth among the tracked categories at 0.79 percent, ending at 33,080,097 servers.
Seven bots crossed the 100,000-server mark during the month, including Vulcan at 174,000, ずんだもんβ at 104,000, Falcon™ at 102,000 and BloodRose at 101,000. Security passed 1,000,000 servers and finished at 1,030,000, and Appy passed 500,000 and finished at 515,000. Grow a Garden | Stocks & Weather, Musico, Snake Squad and AutoReacter were among the bots that crossed 10,000 servers. The directory also recorded 230 new bots, led by Nuke Bot Lol with 9,510 servers, CardCompanion with 7,490 and Mèo Bypass with 7,210.
