Analysis
The 4,932 bots tracked by Upbot Directory ended October with 252,500,508 servers between them, up 1,991,845 servers or 0.8 percent from the start of the month. Growth was spread widely: 3,233 bots added servers and 944 lost them. The gain came against a starting base of 250,508,663 servers.
Among the ten largest bots, only a few moved. Jockie Music added 190,000 servers (2.66 percent) to reach 7,330,000 and was the month's biggest gainer in absolute terms. Carl-bot added 100,000 servers (0.78 percent) to reach 13,000,000, and Ticket Tool added 80,000 (1.68 percent) to reach 4,850,000. MEE6 remained the largest bot at 21,200,000 servers, and Rythm stayed second at 14,900,000, both unchanged over the period. Dyno at 10,900,000, Midjourney Bot at 10,700,000 and ProBot at 10,200,000 also held steady. Dank Memer lost 10,000 servers (0.11 percent) and Hydra lost 10,000 (0.16 percent).
The largest percentage gains came from small bases. Nova added 21,200 servers, up 116.48 percent to 39,400 servers. Steal A Brainrot Alerts grew 91.27 percent to 964 servers and Welcome Bot grew 83.04 percent to 1,230 servers. Cassette added 2,260 servers (73.86 percent) to reach 5,320, and Auto Role Bot added 3,140 (64.48 percent) to reach 8,010.
Sx Bot had the steepest percentage decline among the listed losers, falling 8.87 percent (-9,400 servers) to 96,600. See-Bot dropped 28.33 percent (-3,230 servers) to 8,170. Tempo lost 4,000 servers (0.46 percent) to 874,000.
Utilities grew fastest by category, up 417,247 servers or 1.72 percent to 24,695,765. Moderation and Tools added 1,289,184 servers (0.83 percent) to 156,478,471. Social added 1,149,946 servers (0.67 percent) to 173,651,686. Games added 183,206 servers (0.56 percent) to 33,076,140, and Entertainment added 127,189 (0.37 percent) to 34,074,168.
Several bots passed server milestones. Birthday Bot reached 100,000 servers, while Lofi (53,300), 마냥 (52,700) and Sprinto (50,400) passed 50,000. Nine bots crossed 10,000 servers: Diva (15,000), heist (10,700), HStudio (10,600), Daily Sudoku Together (10,600), DealerBot (10,400), PetPet (10,400), Battlefield Stats (10,400), Mimi (10,300) and dc.gg (10,200). The directory recorded 189 new bots during the month; ChatGPTAI led the group with 8,260 servers, followed by Uno at 4,840 and Cold Music at 3,550.
