Analysis
The 9,282 bots tracked by Upbot Directory ended May 2026 with 274,275,445 servers between them, up 2,754,946 from 271,520,499 at the start of the month. That is a gain of 1.01 percent. Across the month, 5,172 bots added servers and 2,041 lost them.
Jockie Music posted the largest raw gain of any tracked bot, adding 230,000 servers to reach 8,890,000, a rise of 2.66 percent. Carl-bot added 200,000 to reach 14,400,000 and grew 1.41 percent. Rythm, Dyno and ProBot each added 100,000 servers, finishing at 15,100,000, 11,400,000 and 10,400,000 respectively. TTS Bot had the largest percentage gain among the top ten gainers, growing 6.11 percent on an increase of 80,000 servers to 1,390,000.
MEE6 stayed the most installed bot at 21,000,000 servers with no change. Midjourney Bot held 10,800,000, also unchanged. Two bots in the top ten lost servers: Dank Memer fell 10,000 to 8,860,000 and Hydra fell 10,000 to 6,230,000. The biggest declines on the month belonged to Green-bot, Dank Memer, Hydra and Tickets, which each lost 10,000 servers. Meowcall lost 3,780 servers, a drop of 41 percent, the steepest percentage fall in the data.
Moderation and Tools grew by 1,846,136 servers, the largest category gain, and finished at 169,830,433. Social added 1,766,154 for a total of 187,786,593, the highest of the five categories. Utilities grew fastest in percentage terms at 1.75 percent, gaining 493,106 servers. Entertainment added 262,777 servers (0.73 percent) and Games added 228,381 (0.63 percent).
Six bots passed 50,000 servers during the month, among them AutoMod and Chess In The Park at 51,200 each and Spotify at 50,800. Tickets v2 reached 500,000 servers. Honeypot crossed 10,000 servers and ended the month at 12,500, a gain of 6,820, one of the largest percentage increases at 120.07 percent. RbxYz had the highest percentage growth in the data at 290.67 percent, rising from a small base to 2,930 servers.
The directory recorded 213 new bots in May. The largest of these was a bot listed as Ticket Tool, which reached 20,500 servers. Voltix followed at 1,920 and later in the month posted the second highest growth rate at 172.73 percent, finishing at 1,920 servers. Composio reached 8,090 servers and Server Manager 5,880.
